Fuji finest with campy drivetrain

My buddy picked this up for a Benjamin the other day at a pawn shop, beautiful lugs and chrome, is this a middle of the road Fuji? Any info would be appreciated. It's currently on CL for 350 in nj

Wow- First time I have recently seen a normal small to normal sized FUJI - Most of the ones you see now days have a frame sized for someone 6'2" and over - Real nice bike...

Be nice to get it for 250.00...

Awesome if you could get it for $250 but $350 isn't bad either. A Finest frame in good to excellent condition will fetch at least $150 if not more. It looks like a Super Record RD, Record FD, Record crank arms with Super Record rings. It would have come originally with Ukai tubular rims and Sunshine hi-flange hubs, those look like they've been replaced which is too bad. Pedals, are those Campy as well?
