Can someone please measure their tires for me? Pasela 27 X 1 inch

I seem to find bikes on which the original 700c wheels have been replaced with 27 inchers. If I can squeeze ONE inch tires in there, I'll probably keep the wheels as found. Original Campy hubs. If not, I'll have to source some Super Champion 700c clincher rims.

I could use the height of the tire from the top edge of the rim wall to tread. And width of rim yours are mounted on. Thanks.

I am running mine on araya 27x1 which measure 19.5mm on the outside. The width is 25.2 and the height measures close to 25 from the rim.

Thanks Acoffin. This helps.

I'll measure mine later in the day. It's going on a super champion rim. 17mm inside measurement.

Thank you Seedsbelize. I'm hoping I don't have to buy yet another set of rims, and spokes.

My super champion rim measures 21mm outside. Tire width is 25 mm, and tire height, from rim, is 25ish. My cheapo plastic analog caliper, with fake wheel, measures 23mm. My tape measure says 25mm. This is a 27 x 1 tourguard.

Thanks very much SeedsB. Looks like pretty close to true one inch. Now I can extrapolate with the rim in place and see if this will fly.
My thanks. How's the weather in Merida today? Perfect, I presume. :thumb:

The weather is indeed perfect. Finally. It will remain so through March. Much riding to be done between then and now.
