anybody heard of Winner's Precision Machining?
I have a gorgeous set of roller bearing clutch cassette hubs by "Winner's Precision Machining" of Anaheim, CA. These are from the late 1980's I believe. I have the version for a Shimano 8 speed Uniglide. I got them quite cheap on Ebay, presumably because nobody is familiar with them. I did a little google research and found out that the roller bearing freehub clutch design is really cool but probably not something that would hold up in the rain. I guess I'll keep these new in the box but the quality is so cherry, its almost tempting to build them up into some Sunday afternoon vintage wheels. The clear silver anodized hubs have white laser etching that is very crisp. They do not include skewers. Sorry, I don't have a picture right now, just wanted to see if anybody remembers these from the late 80's.

am pretty sure I have a NOS front hub, but never had a rear. YRMV but word had it that this roller clutch hub design worked great (and silently)...until it doesn't, and then bad things can happen. very nicely made, in any case.
