anyone got any good guesses
so my "serotta" arrived the other day it sure aint no serotta! but it is pretty decent i think looks like it has some remnants of perhaps a 531 decal....it looks like theres a little bit of green in there, fancy long point lugs, the chainstay bridge is filled in, and a fancy brake bridge a pretty common frame building piece i know also has very thin chainstays with no dents for chainrings or tire clearances with beefier seat stays, minimal braze ons (rear der. cable stop and under downtube shifter stop), no water bottle mounts, and milremo dropouts and ends
also threading is english and seatpost size is 26.8 so im thinking a half way decent brittish production frame

Milremo was the house brand for Bertin and Ron Kitching bikes and since is does not have a French BB, the bike is most likely a Ron Kitching. From Sheldon Brown https://sheldonbrown.com/vrbn-g-n.html#kitching
I also found your frame (with magic changing shift levers) when it was a complete bike for sale (I don't know if you bought just the frame or not) https://www.ebay.com/itm/SEROTTA-ROAD...-/150757394484.

Ron Kitching
Ron Kitching frames, I believe, are not built in house but are rather labeled with his name. Kitching is a large British mail order company that has been around for many years. The frames bearing his name are not extraordinary but are quite competent. Some, as I recall, have nice detailing, and are reputed to ride very well. An N.R. example in guideline condition is worth perhaps $600 to $ 650. [Milremo was a Ron Kitching house brand for parts.]

Fender eyelets inside the dropout triangle ought to be a dead giveaway. I would say European Continong mid-80s just on gut instinct but it's widely known my guts have shxt for brains.

that looks huge. 26"? It does look mid 1970s.. worth at least a homebrew rattle can (you can get decent results with automotive three stage rattle can jobs for around $50 in supplies).
