Columbus SL or SLX .... how to tell???
Hi...
I have a CIOCC and it has a blue SL sticker on the frame, but a red SLX stickers on the fork (assuming based on my other frames I assume blue is SL and red is SLX)
I was wondering if anybody knows how to tell if a frame is SL or SLX by looking at it?
I'm aware of the ribs in the tube but I am not pulling the bottom bracket out... I should have checked before I put it in there but I didn't remember...
As crude as the pics may be, here are some : LINKIE
If there is another way to tell by seeing another part of the frame I can try and take a couple more pics... all my bikes are packed away until I finish renovating my basement so I'm just doing some research and investigating on the forums...
Thanks!

Then you will have to wait. The color of the label on the fork is not very definitive. On the fork the only tube with internal rifling is the steerer, and that is for both SL and SLX. Only the down and seat tubes have the reinforcements.

If so I guess I can always look up for other models the same (I'll try and find a catalog with original pics)... I guess I have some searching to do...
I looked before but I had trouble as it seems that CIOCC frames are not that common...
