Who cares, that bike is cool and needs a complete overhaul anyways, just straighten out the fork when you are stripping it down.

I think the screwy front fender doesn't help visually. If it is bent, it isn't much.

Fork looks straight. The frame is another matter...

I just adjusted a steel frame that had chain stays 5mm off center.

Seems like it's doable if you have a long 2 by 4.

My opinion also.

I would carefully examine the top and down tubes for structural integrity, looking for obvious unwanted bends and cracked paint. Also, try to slip your finger between the fork blades and each side of the rim. Inequality that will suggest a bent fork. And, though others might think the issue not worth worrying about, the bike will most likely ride poorly, dramatically detracting from the overall feel of the experience.

Finally, I have straightened a frame or two and a fork or two. Straightening forks, properly, is a tricky business, at best and darn near impossible to get right without a fork gauge. Just an opinion based on my personal experience.
