Alex Singer Hub help needed

I'm making some "Alex Singer Pattern" hubs as per his drawings (see http://www.flickr.com/photos/grande_flasque/8229673694)

If anyone has a Singer with those hubs, can they please measure:

(1) the flange diameter on the front and rear
(2) the big hole diameters front and rear

I am curious if the Singer drawing (from the Singer book) is for both front and rear hubs, or for only front or rear only.

Thanks.

Amir

Well, from the drawing I see the following data:

Flange diameter 92mm
Distance from center to big holes 33mm
Diameter of big holes 13mm
Flange thickness = 2mm???? (guessing what AU4G means, something to do with a duraluminum variant?)

I wonder, are you making the flanges as a pressed-in job, or riveted to the original spoke holes? I can't help but be curious about this, I'd like to do something similar to a Sturmey Archer BF hub in order to even out the flange diameters.

riveted as seen on http://www.flickr.com/photos/grande_...in/photostream

back then I guessed about the dimensions

Wait a minute. You did that yourself?! That's... that's really nice work. I'm impressed. What tool did you use to head the rivets with?

standard dimplers (as in http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalo...implesets2.php) on a highly modified leather rivet press
