Contini info....
Proud owner of this really cool Contini. No much on the internet re: Contini. This one has Cinelli lugs and interesting tube shape. Sticker is Tretubi....Someone switched the original fork for a carbon one 
and newer Ultegra/600 mix. rides wonderful BTW

there was some discussion of this marque many moons ago on this very forum...IIRC the "Cinelli" logo on very non-Cinelli frame bits started the talk, and it eventually came out that this (South American?) builder had just "adopted" it for his own use.
This is a bit more refined than that (I think it was yellow) Contini, but still has some radical features: those seat stays and mega-crimped TT, for example!

Found the thread with Contini info and pics, too!
I was mistaken: the builder is Spanish, not So.American...check out the post that links to a Picasa album: Peter V. has a very similar frame, but his has crimped both TT and DT, pretty clear that the Cinelli logo is hi-jacked (or maybe an "homage").
