picked up this little blue beauty on the ebays and
i don't know a thing about it other than it's my
winter project. there aren't any stickers to indicate
a model but one clue i have is a sticker on the seat
tube that reads "F.Moser Olympic Champion Atlanta
96" at this point i'm looking for any info on this frame
or Moser frames of this era in general. what do ya know
fellas?

There's a lot of info on F. Moser bikes out there. There seems to be different "era's" of F. Moser production.
Google it, try Wikipedia, etc.

Welcome to the forum. That should be a nice-riding frame.

That's a pretty frame. I love the paint.

It looks like the Alu Gara frame, maybe early to mid-nineties aluminum. I think the name should be on the TT or seat stays. I can't see to well from your picture.

What are your build plans for her?

I didn't know a lot about them either until a friend alerted me to a super-sweat Leader AX Evolution that was local. Very interesting design/frame construction that doesn't (er, didn't) follow the industry norms of the time & the end product is a wonderful ride in a rather insanely lightweight total bike. Mine happens to be a 2001 model, but I assume the innovation in design is persistent in all the bikes.

i have eyeballed that very bike myself. i am pretty certain on
the frame being mid 90s, but as for being the Alu Gara model,
i am doubtful. the model name simply doesn't appear on the
frame anywhere.
plans so far, a clean and simple 105 10 speed drive train,
with a TT inspired set up. fast and light practical
ride to work, with a sexy Italian heart...
