I found a Miyata One Twelve. Can you guys give me more details on my find?
I just got registered with the Bike Forum looking for info on the Miyata One Twelve since I just found a frame lying by the side of the street and it's in choice condition. I am interested in the size of the bottom bracket since I intend to turn this into the fixed gear of my dreams. Does any one know or perhaps Mike would consider sending me a copy of the manual? Thanks so much. This is great as I'm new into recycling and reconditioning bikes but learning fast. There's a new shop about six blocks from my apartment that runs open shop hours for no charge and the experts are there to assist. I love Minneapolis since it's so bike friendly and a coffee shop on every other block practically. Any way ride safe but ride hard. Jamison

Check this out... https://www.miyatacatalogs.com/ By the way, you are digging in the bone yard. Last post in this thread was 2007. Haven't seen East Hill in a while.

+1 Check the on line catalogs. The build specs on the 112 changed just about every year. As far as bb, its just the typical british standard bb. The bb you will use depends on the crankset you end up buying, not the bike.
I had one I was going to turn into a SS myself. I ended up trading it for another project instead.
