looking for Shimano toptube brake cable giudes for Hetchens build

I have a like new frame and need cable guides. I figure about 3. Any news on where to get them? I wnat something that looks good with the 600 anniversery compounts

Vintage dura ace clamps are super sweet, I think I saw some on fleabay
