Meet Seymour. Seymour is the last of Tootie's fourth litter to have stayed with us, but he's been spoken for by my sister-in-law, who's going to be picking him up after work on their home is finished. Seymour is a feisty little fellow who loves to pick fights with (much) bigger felids and knock big things off small tables.

Our new cat Charlie (we found abandoned on the local bike trail), has now become a guardian angel to baby Jesus. Off duty he follows me wherever I am in the house.

He thinks some of those that have come to worship the Christ Child are a bit suspect

I've yet to see a female cat sleep upside down. I learned that if male cats sleep this way, it means they are very trusting and relaxed in their environment and are OK exposing their bellies. My 2 7 mos. old's sleep upside down all the time.

He is so going to lord it over your sister-in-law.

Gamby had been unwell for days before he pulled through and showed some vigor this afternoon. He seemed especially distraught after his best friend Casper had left for a new forever home.
Casper had left us early last week. A young lady took one of Tootie's boys first, but came back and asked for Casper after she felt that Tootie's boy had been feeling a little lonely.

15 min before the auto feeder goes off. He sat there staring at it the whole time!

I now call him Wide Load. He is on a low carb diet.

Charlie and Diamond, who visited with us in May, are back again, probably for good this time. Their (now ex-) mom said that they've grown testy and irritable after she and her kids took home three of ours in October, so instead of putting them up for adoption and giving them away to complete strangers, she asked us if we would have them - an exchange of sorts, if you will!
