I just flea gooped my two for the first time this year. They both remembered the package and (ears back) went and hid when I opened it.

They also remembered the flea spray I used last month. As I don't use these things during the fall or winter.... I find that impressive. I mean. They remembered that they HATED these two things from LAST YEAR. Find me a dog or small toddler child that can do that.

Yeah, cats are stronger pound-for-pound than many species, or so it would seem.

Here is a goofy video I made. My goal was to make it look as if it's easy to give a cat a pill. The truth is that Booger was a very compliant cat.

You can also blow on their nose lightly to make them swallow while their mouth is closed. Thankfully our orange 16 pounder doesn't need to go to the vet or take medicine much. He hates both with a passion, and he's a large cat! Fighting with him is not something I look forward to.,,,,BD

Well, my dog goes happily for walkies, but once we turn into the street where the vet is, she won't continue. Visits only occur once a year. Of course it is a bordercollie, smarter than 70% of people.

Those aren't dogs.... those are alien lifeforms in furry outfits! Crazy smart creatures.

Givings cats medicine can be a pain. The worst are any liquid antibiotics - if you don't get it in the back of the throat with the syringe, they'll foam at the mouth spitting it everywhere for minutes.

Here's an older photo of my two guys taking over the couch.

Here's our cat Charlie.. and maltipoo Tina! Doesn't look like it, but the cat is almost twice as big as the dog. He's about 17-lbs and she's 10-lbs.

Luna & Argus. They are really sweet to each other. Whenever Luna (the cat) comes in from outside, usually the first thing she does is give Argus a little kiss and he wags his tail. They like to nap together, too, and she cleans/licks his hair clean.

This one - Ash? - looks IDENTICAL to the late, much-missed Hannibal the Magnificent, who also typically weighed 16-18 lbs, mostly muscle and bone. And this is a familiar pose ...

I love the name. Was Hannibal the Magnificent a Maine Coon? I didn't know Ash was until the vet told me.
