Lol, at first I worried about the pedals coming loose, but then I quickly found comfort in the assumption that they are probably as frozen as **** in the cranks.

one time as a photo exercise i shot some of the bikes that get donated to our bike co-op, completely untouched, just as they came in, but treated as if they were $10k race machines.

I know I will not beat the Univega with wood grain vinyl but this Yokota frankenbike might be in the top 10. The frame was given to me and I built it up with what I had in the parts box. The size made it a good fit for my wife and for some reason she likes it.

I don't think i've laughed harder on any other thread. Here's what i can pull up from my archives haha.
Note the 27 in. fork on the 700c frame, dented top tube, cyclocross front tire, and a hanger derailleur held on with a quick release. It does not stop there.
