The thing that always makes me nuts are the variously deformed wheels, where someone
decided to "true them up" and you have spoke tensions ranging from zero to 140Kgf.

i'm convinced that a lot of the mechanical abuse I inherit is done with little knowledge
and the best of intentions........it's like everybody thinks, " It's a bike, what could go wrong
if I fix it myself ?"
