not sure how to post all the pics.

have a 1920 CCM Flyer bicycle. I'm asking $22500 OBO, i feel this bike is worth alot more. This bike is almost 100 yrs old and in perfect comdition. Almost no rust whatsoever. This antique bike is definitely a collectors item. It is a full steel frame with wood rims. the chains alone for the bikes are worth $1000. This bike is very very rare, they are almost impossible to find.

This is what happens when Chaz sniffs tubular glue. The pics and the info are insufficient to tell what's original on that bike, if anything. I suspect not much, maybe the bars and stem. I have a set of those sunburst frame decals if anyone else wants try a scam. I think they are WWII era.

The frame could very well date back to the early 20's, a serial number would confirm.

If he feels it's worth a lot more then why isn't he asking for a lot more?

It was alwys my understanding that the Flyer was introduced in 1921. I haven't seen too many Flyers from this period but based on my old CCM literature they all appear to have used flat, single plate, fork crowns. This one seems more advanced. Even if it was missing the headbadge, the rivet holes should still be present, on the sides of the head tube and I don't see them. Rear dropouts don't look right for the period either, though it still coud be a Flyer.

Yeah it definitely looks newer, there are a lot of inconsistencies. He is advertising in the wrong place with really insufficient photos or details. I don't know a lot about CCm but I have looked at enough to know that one isn't as old as he says it is. The condition does look pretty incredible though.

Plus the price seems insanely high buy a decimal point or so and just random.

Worth so much ya keep it hanging in the garage. I think there's an extra digit in the price somewhere...
