Opinion and help on 03' steel frame Raleigh

I test drove a 2003 Raleigh Professional today. I liked it. It has a steel frame and CF Fork. It was responsive and still felt solid. The Athena group felt a little lightweight compared to Nuovo and Record components.

The Bike is pretty rough cosmetically IMO and I think it needs a repaint. The Clear on the CF fork is chipped and scratched and may need to have solid paint if the clear cannot be repaired.

My 2 questions;

1) anyone have experience, good or bad with this bike?
2) Any Raleigh guys out there know where to source the decals for this recent model (and there are a lot of decals)?

Thanks

Normally I would agree, Mike. There are some big chunks of paint gone.

The pic of the bare frame is off the Internet. If it were that great, we'd be golden.
