Is that a 72' or a 76' thru 79'?

I have a 71' P-13 touring that is 24". Same color. Factory pinstripe around the lugs. Not in as good of condition as yours, but not beat either. Perfect chrome.

I do good on both 23" and 24" so I just planned to use it.

Just to clearify. This is a 1972 Paramount. Repainted and REbadged in 77. This has Sidepull brakes. I don't want to use a dropbolt so If you have one to trade it must have sidepulls. Thanks

That's not a 65, that's a 66.5 c-t, which is a 26-inch frame. Freakin' huge!
