I assume he's talking about the guy in a group in the background of the photo you posted, wearing a ball cap. I don't know who it is. But I assume it's at NAHMBS?

The frame if presently hanging in the garage. I have a complete period correct DA group to put on it. I am tempted to put 650B rims on it because the oddities of the rear triangle geometry (losts of side clearence, but not much more than 28mm verticle at 700C) I would like to get it restored, but do not have the $$ to dedicate to it right now.
I might add that it is keeping a number of other bikes company including 3Rensho, Moulton, Cliff Schrubb, Ritchey, and others, but none of them compare to the braising on this frame. I almost do not want to reassemble it because the work on the bottom bracket is just perfect.
Someday.

If you ever have a moment, a few additional pics would be welcome.

I enjoyed seeing this green DiNucci ! Here's a peek at a newly completed DiNucci frame that is currently in paint. It will be House of Kolor burgundy metallic.
Mark now builds the "Allez 2.0" bike with his special tubing, lugs, and dropouts. The result is incredible ! maybe the finest steel bike ever made.
I'll post pics when it gets finished.

The pic with Mark Dinucci and the 3 bikes was from NAHBS Sacramento in March of this year.
There were actually four bikes on view plus my frame as a work in progress.
Mark said he had never seen so many of his bikes assembled before.
he is very proud of this "Allez 2.0" design, it is the pinnacle of lugged steel design based on everything learned since the 70s. The component parts are pretty special.

And did I mention, Mark also makes hot sauce. It's VERY potent, a small bottle will last a year or more.

Latest update, the Dinucci is out of paint, I have about 80 miles on it now. It is a stunning ride - very "calm" and composed, responsive but not nervous, feels glued to the road at speed. Best bike I've ever ridden, and I've ridden some.
