Can you help identify the bike in the form of lugs?

Greetings to the forum!

Can you help identify the manufacturer of the bicycle frame? Characteristic feature - the nodes in the form of rays. I have not seen them yet this form. Bike is located in the garage of a friend of mine and he really wanted to find out where the bike was produced.
I assume that the bike is made up of different bikes, so I'm interested in the frame manufacturer.
All the stickers on the frame - not the original.
Presumably the bike was made in Germany or Austria.

PS sorry for my English - for me it is a foreign =)

I agree it's European, and would believe German or Austrian. Possibly from behind the iron curtain somewhere? I don't think it's as old as the 40's. The fork looks like a fairly recent 'unicrown' type though it has very unusual dropouts.

At any rate I believe you are right, the distinguishing feature should be the "lugged" construction --I assume you mean the way the main tubes are joined at the front-- which looks pretty unusual.

Velognome, BOICTIHU BOCKPECE! =). Catnap, I agree! =). rhm, Yes, you're right, "lugs". I thought that this bike could be made MIFA or Diamant, but I have not found such lugs in these firms..
