Anybody recognize what model this bike is?

ID'd in that thread as a "Prestige One Super Vitus" and it's this very bike, too!
I think Super Vitus just refers to the tubing it's made from, and the model is Prestige One.

Any ideas on the year? And, what kind of tubing is Super Vitus?
