My decals are here my decals are here

Closing in on sending my 87 Paramount off to the painter. I am doing a century this weekend then Monday will strip down the frame and deliver it for paint(found a local guy). After toying with the idea of doing something with panels, I decided to go with original single color design with one of the original colors. My wife likes yellow (less common) but my heart wants "ferrari red". Now I just need to decide which "ferarri red" to use, since there is more than one, per attached http://www.ferrari-collection.net/co...ari_colors.htm. I kind of like the darker reds of the last one in the list of reds -- rosso mugello -- and the first one -- version of rosso corsa. Some of the other ones seem to have a bit too much orange for my liking. That said, hard to tell from pics. I am not going to try an match precisely the original schwinn version of the color, I just want an approximation.

That's a great page. But ...I got so mesmerized looking at Ferraris I forgot your question.

Corsa red is my vote.

I really like the ultra dark green tho'.

One of the solid reds. Red bikes are faster you know.

The Yellow can work, but with all the recent Tour leader bikes in yellow, I tend to shy away from it.

The cost of red paint may scare you though. Hopefully the painter has a mixing station.
For fun reference the Lamborghini pearl orange if you want to be surprised by price.

Moving Pictures on a loop on your mp3 player while you ride. Awesome.

Just saw them in concert a month ago. They were fantastic.

I did a bike in leftover red from an Enzo repair. Yes, it looks amazing, so you can't go wrong with the darker reds.

This is the kind of spontaneous publicity- your decals in print- that MAKES people. Your decals in print. Things are going to start happening now...

Where did you find decals at? I need a set for an 88. I used to see them on velocal and ebay but they're all gone. Thanks!

Who else plays Test Drive Unlimited? I have the PC version, & it's excellent. :D The Enzo Ferrari is among the better cars, for sure. I like the Pagani too, and of course Maserati.
