Help with sourcing shifter

I am restoring an old Schwinn 10 speed for my girlfriend, and needed to replace the shifters that it came with, since they were positron shifters, and the cables are impossible to find. I have replaced everything except the shifter lever assembly, and was wondering if anyone here knows a good source for some shifters like these

Any seller would be appreciated on here also, just drop me a line if you have one of these laying around that you are able to part with. A seller that isn't ebay would be appreciated first, but if nobody comes forward, I can always check fleabay, I would rather do business with someone who knows their stuff. I know they aren't direct replacements, but they are at least period correct for the build. Thanks in advance!

If want the Shimano counterpart, I do have a set of their "Fingertip" ratcheting stem shifters: https://www.velobase.com/ViewComponen...=104&AbsPos=98

I have a set. Of course it has been a couple years since I've last seen them.
