Chiselli Sport from Hatfield Cycles - Anyone have a clue?
 

I've seen a lot of strange marques in my day, but this one's a stumper. I have a suspicion of who made this bike (hint: the crank clued me in) but nothing definitive.

Not really looking for value as I'm selling it cheap, more interested in who manufactured it.

Details: ladies Chiselli Sport lugged frame. SunTour Hero 10-sp drivetrain. Silstar double cotterless crank. Sinlung bars. Unmarked stem. Bike originally included Mavic MA2 QR wheels on unmarked hubs, not shown in the pix - I had already pilfered them for another project.

I noticed "Hatfield Cycles" printed on black chainstay protector. There aren't any US bike shops with that name I'm aware of, but there's one in the UK and another in S. Africa.

I am in SE PA and there is a Hatfield about twenty miles from me. It is in Montgomery County.
