Late 80's Oria GM 0.0 tubed rebuild advice

Hi,
I am in the process of building up a frame made from Oria GM 0.0 tubing from the late 80's (likely 1988 - based on Cinelli Spoiler BB serial number 9 88 539 where 88 I THINK refers to year of manufacture).
The bike was built by Albuch Kotter - German builder known for making high quality frames in the 80's and early 90's. The paint is in poor condition with lots of scratches, but no rust. . I am considering using a Dura Ace WH 7700 wheelset (which I love!) and bought around 1998, even though the wheelset is a bit "new" compared to the rest of the components. I was thinking of sourcing a Dura Ace 7400 groupset (1985-92), repainting the frame and adding new decals under the clearcoat.
I have a set of Modolo Master pro brake hoods (non-aero) and calipers which I am considering using on the bike (instead of the Dura Ace 7400 brakes), but fear it would look strange (being non-aero) with the wheelset and other components (the brakes were produced up to 1983-88 I think).

I have a few issues I need advice on:
- Both the fact that the frame is made of Oria GM 0.0 tubing as well as built by Kotter makes the frame quite rare, but not necessarily valueable. This build will not be cheap - is this frame worth the cost of the rebuild?
- Modolo brakes or Dura Ace?

Any advice would be appreciated!

If you like the frame, it's worth it to you, and You can always break it down later and part out. Oria 0.0 was a high end, pricey tubeset meant to compete with SLX.

Yeah, you are right - it is worth it to me. Just needed some reassurance, thanks.
