Question on Pletscher rear rack
Hey, guys, a quick question.
A little while ago, I wound up with a Pletscher rear rack--but it's just wasting away not being used. It's the old, grayish color and definitely doesn't shine or anything.
But I was wondering--can they be painted and have the paint stick? If I could paint it black, then I'd be wiling to actually use it...

_dylan,
Clean it well, prime with a metal primer for aluminium and or galvanize/zinc and paint with your choice of colour. I did one white a few years ago. It stood up pretty well.
