Help me ID this Modolo stem

I got this stem on a Rossin Record I bought recently. The sticker says it's a Modolo Equipe, but I can't find any with a two-piece assembly like this one. This also looks like it's missing the usual little gasket.

Interesting. I have a similarly styled one, with no branding, LOL, but adjustable height. It's pretty nice, as far as height adjustability, but kinda heavy. I just recently found another black Cinelli stem, with a bit more reach than my old one, but it had a badly cracked wedge. So now I have 2 stems & one wedge. (?) ;) But the newer one definitely has the alloy bolts, nice & light. :)

watch it: these have a reputation for cracking.

Thanks for the tip. It's too new for any of the bikes I ride/work on, so I will move it along with that warning. Not having been able to find it on the net, I suppose I should take some pictures and throw them up on Velobase first.

you're right, there's no listing for that model on Velobase, and I had one just like it that I sold off without actually mounting/using. The main source for the scare about Modolo stems is one website that shows a (infamous) pic of an Xtrenos that failed suddenly and caused (bad) injury to the rider. Rumor was that Modolo recalled some stems and the later models were much beefed-up in areas that had been prone (or suspect) to cracking...but like a lot of this stuff there's more "urban myth" than a lot of fact on the 'net.
Caveat Emptor and YRMV, but an "ounce of prevention", etc.

Done: Velobase entry

I use what looks to be this stem on my Fabio Barecci, but it is labeled Modolo X ERAS, Made in Italy. Same label style and everything. I think it is very attractive and seems very sturdy to.

Here's a pic -

Interersting. When you Google for that model, almost all the images are of a one-piece stem. Here's the two-piece for sale:
