Help me identify this????
 

Hello,
My dad found this bike on Middle Bass Island, Ohio, where he lives. All we know it's a Rocket. It seems to be repainted, and not the original tires. The upper cover of what I am guessing is a headlight is missing. There is a small round, red reflector on ehw lower part of the rear fender in a "bullet" shape present. If anyone has further info and value... it is much appreciated!

The manufacturer of your bike is Monark, the model name is Rocket.
