KHS 1982 mixte, anyone know about this bike?

Hey guys,

I have the opportunity to buy this bike at a good price, I think, ($ 100) the seller says it's a 12-speed competition KHS 1982. I've been searching the internet about this bike but I get nothing on it. any of you know anything about this bike?

KHS bike competition
* Rin 27
* SUNTOUR 7 (12 speeds)
* DIA-COMPE Brakes

thank you very much for your help.

That's a small frame, about 17", best suited if you're under 5'7." $100 is a decent deal for a used bike in avg condition. But it will need an overhaul. See the thread about the 32 year old with a nice rack.

Suntour 7 + the style crank on that bike = low end. $100 is OK, as long as you can do all the work yourself to get it in ready to ride condition.

FWIW: most mixtes are really low end.
