the crime is falling off the wagon and purchasing ANOTHER bike!It has been almost 6 months you have stayed clean...
the bike in question is a Austro Daimler Pathfinder in original condition, needing only tires.
How does the defendant plea?
NOT GUILTY, your Honor......Its a gift for my girlfriend, I had no intention to profit nor keep this bike..
I simply rescued this bike from the LBS for some funds and gave it away for free.
FOR FREE?...there was no money changing hands?
No sir you honor... It was a gift...
Were there any services rendered in trade?
Well she is very wonderful woman and giving but a.........I take the 5th....

DEFENDENT- Jurors...it had original sempert tires! this bike was never ridden! it cleans up with spray cleaner!

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, this poor wretch of a man that is standing before you today has been unfairly characterized by the prosecution as a hoarder, a philanderer, and a lover of sheep and I would say to you that all of this is based on hearsay, that the witnesses that they have brought forward are disreputable, and that their evidence is thinner than a sheet of paper.
In your deliberations I would ask that you consider his record of the past 6 months where he has remained faithful and never missed a 12 step meeting, has not endangered any member of the public, and has now only "fallen off the wagon" in order to procure a bicycle for a loved one and not for himself.
Is this not a gesture of kindness that you would wish was bestowed upon yourself, a gesture of such generosity should not be punished but rather rewarded and Mr Puch's reward should be that you find him not guilty of the charges levied against him by the state.
I rest my case.

You are on probation - terms are that your girlfriend does not suddenly end up with multiple bikes from you. That is 'hoarding by proxy' and signs of a relapse. Unless she likes them, then it's legit.

If the defendant's girlfriend did not express interest in a bicycle, then the defendant is guilty of premeditated 3rd degree N+1, disorderly conduct with a chain whip, and should be admitted for psychosis treatment.

Cross examination by the prosecution - Was the girlfriend looking for and/or wanting a bicycle at the time of the acquisition? Does the bicycle in question fit the anatomy and recreation/transportation/addiction needs of the girlfriend? SPEAK THE TRUTH! Puchfinland faces a life sentence riding rusty Huffys!!!

She also passed "the framesize fits clause" I have 2 high end AD/PUCH framesize 53 and she fits them, therefore
she qualified as a candidate for me. She is aware of this clause and she honestly took me serious!
So I state bikes to buy her to ride-
As for "hoarding by proxy" this was done 6 months ago.and this is why I have the 2 53 frames!
