Mmm, SunTour.
I aquired 2 different very cool things today, at very good prices. I seem to have a good rythm going, for finding the good deals I guess. I'm grateful for my good fortune, and just wanted to share, no bragging intended. Those cranks look like they've had that weird rasta anodizing done, like Kooka did for awhile, the way the anodizing has rubbed off. I like it, actually, it's different. I had no idea these cranks were considered "rare", but apparently both Velo Base & fleabay think so. BTW, the XC Pro cranks are for a triple setup, but I'm probably going to just use it as a double, "if" I can get the old Superbe II FD to shift well, from a 34t to a 50t chainring, which is what I have for now in 110 BCD. The 34t is kinda worn, but the 50t is in good shape, at least.

Cool stuff just not rare x series cranks a actually pretty common but rare on Ebay because they seldom come off the nicer bikes they are attached to. Well if 50 to 34 is what your shooting for no way on the Superbe RD for that you will need long cage and most won't handle that drop well.

Yeah, I'm not too sure at all yet, exactly how it'll end up, I'm used to long-cagers, not actual road-racing gearing. I might end up not even using it, the Cyclone II long-cage will do just about anything.

I was very disappointed that I couldn't use my Superbe Pro RD with a 30 tooth cog. The upper pulley was on the cog, no matter how I adjusted everything.
