Colner or Colnago?

Anyone know if this is a Colner or a Colnago? It's a lovely bike anyway, but a bit disappointed as I wanted a Colnago. It doesn't have the BB cutout, but thought it might be a Sport Classic.

neither, would be my guess: I'd say a Cornelo (or something similar from a Benelux shop)

Those wooden handlebars are precious. I wish I'd thought of making something like that back in shop class.
