hard to say
might be japanese made, but the decals seems older than that era.
geometry seems pretty slack, may be hinting at lower end.

i am assuming parts have been changed

Too bad you can't get more pics. I do agree some of the components look lowerend. The light bracket on the fork may make it ai Canadian or European model. The decals look late '70s early '80s.
