”low end” Bottecchia 989?

Hello,
I just saw a red Bottecchia 989, no Columbus decal, no panto, unicrown fork (no panto), equiped with a Campa mix: Avanti and Mirage.

After googleit I found that could be a Columbus SL or Thron, but somehow it doesnt look high end.
So, this model came with different tubing?

It is possible depending on the year of manufacture.
