Raleigh Record Ace

Hi Guys,

I want to know something about the bike I have been riding everyday for the past 3 years...
I have scoured the internet everywhere, and have not been able to find a similar record ace - hopefully someone knows something about it.
The pictures give all the relevant info I think. Is this bike worth restoring???? Thanks in advance!

Worth restoring? What do you mean by "restoring"? Certainly worth maintaining, and doing any deferred maintenance. It's a very nice bike.

I don't think I've seen a Record Ace like that before either. That model name was cycled through an impressive variety of bicycles over the years. I have one from 1948.

The Record Ace was marketed in Europe and Canada after Raleigh sold naming rights to Huffy.
