It's a crappy cell photo (all I can find at the moment), but here's my '62-'64ish Cinelli SC. As far as I can tell, the frame was repainted 30-40 years ago (the prior owner owned it since the '80s, and was under the impression that it was original paint, which it's not). Still, it's a great bike...

With the exception of the shifters and crankset, that Olmo is my first "ten speed". Oh, how I wish I still had it.
Rode it to Junior High and High School, work, all over Orange County from ~1972 to 1979. Rattlecan'd it black and orange, took it to college, and promptly got it stolen.

I'd really like to put my hands on a Moulton at some point in the future, but not before I live in a flatter land.

I got endless ribbing (maybe they call it bullying now...) from the Varsity crowd. I had a couple of great cycling mentors and they taught me the difference. I just rode away from the Varsity people.

Ha! You're a youngster! Top506 has had his eye on this Super Sport for over a year but we just can't figure out a convenient time to meet. As the crow flies we probably live less than a 100 miles apart. But it is about a 4 hour drive each way.

Wonderful thread!
My 1963 Hetchins Mountain King. 100% not period correct. More 70s-ish.
Normally, I’ve been running 35mm Schwalbe Marathon X gravel grinder wheels. This photo shows new shoes, a very lightweight, 320tpi Vittoria 23mm tires. The fat Schwalbe tires barely clear fork or rear. These tires show the frame originally built for 27” rims rather than these 700c. Whatever, this is a great riding bike.

Of course, the 1959 Hilton Wrigley may have been delivered in 1960. Records are sketchy as Hilton’s widow dumped his shop files when she moved into convalescence.
This is also 100% not period-correct. I think it is clearly my favorite among my favorites.

I had no idea I could like 1960's bikes so much!
Here is my Rudge. The date stamp on the rear hub is 1962, so I figure it's from 1962 or 1963. That makes it one year younger than I am.

More pictures here.
