I was given one last year (Silver edition) by the company I work for. Bought a bundle of mounts and recorded my commute home. I have used it to record a number of events that I would otherwise miss. My wife takes care of a feral colony of cats and we use it to identify which ones come to eat. Have thought about using it on a regular basis to record any aberrent behavior of traffic related to me on my bike. If nothing happens, I can erase the file.

The Cheapskate French Weenie X-mas Holiday Jamboree continues at my house today when these came in this afternoon....
I wasn't expecting these to come in till after the new year, but the mailman really made my day with them when he dropped them off today....
NOS Christophe model 496C aluminum toe clips to go with my Stronglight PR300 pedals...
I snagged them cheap at eBay just before Z-mas for just a bit over 7 bucks plus shipping! I guess maybe nobody else noticed them....
Proves to show that with just some good looking around, we can still stick our tongues out at the usual eBay "hyper pricers" that would not sell the toe clips for less than 50-60 bucks a set. I've even seen them sometimes ask for almost 100 bucks for them.... so I'm feeling really good with these...

Very cool. I have a copy of the 3rd edition on "long term loan" from a friend, but I've been thinking about buying my own. I'm curious if some of the typos in the 3rd ed got fixed in this one.

Not the bag, but the Carradice Classic bag support that I'd been eager to buy to fit it on my bike. A gift I was really grateful for, since unfortunately my employers' Christmas gift to me this year was Notice of Redundancy.
