Eureka!!!!

In case you're not aware, eureka means "I found it", and I've found the mother lode. An illustrated guide to the best bakeries in Puget Sound. I've been building myself up for a special purpose, not knowing what that special purpose was, but knowing in my heart that it was important. And now, I've found it, my special purpose is, to hit all of these listed bakeries (that still exist, this was written in 1993, LOL) before I die. If I survive that, I should be about ready to try Canada to Mexico.

You have to share some of the bakeries.
Local 'inquiring minds want to know'.

Edit: 20 years in biz (if they are still there) stands on it's own.

Let me know when you get this together. And we need to get ahold of Fred Wert, too, if he's still around. That name is vaguely familiar, for some reason.

If it doesn't mention "The Kettle Cafe" in Enumclaw, they missed a really great one. I used to live about three blocks from there.

An excellent ride is Enumclaw to Buckley to Wilkeson to Carbonado to the Carbon River entrance of Rainer NP.
But I bet the book stays with recommendations closer to Puget Sound cities, not mountain cities.
