I run a business and there are tasks that do not appear worth my time. But in order to keep running my business I tell people this and give them the option to have it done at a rate that makes it worth it for me to do it.

(If I do not like it, I will sell it, and fresh unused decals, I imagine would be appealing to some buyers) I would buy both sets at the same time, right away.

I am waiting for a reply, it has been nearly three weeks. I will likely get some miles in the saddle of the bike before I hear anything, and it may save me the expense of my desired temporary decals.

I have often picked the under dog to restore. Not just with bicycles. I get that it can be more costly. It gets irritating when people point out the obvious fact that it is a low volume item to excuse poor treatment by businesses advertising custom work. Custom work is often one off's.

I think the tone of the above message suffers from the ease of electronic communication. In the pen to paper era, things often got edited back. I read the above as; I am not getting what I want, I looked elsewhere, I have done some groundwork, look at that to see if it can speed the process along, and if I don't find an alternative to you I might buy.
Not a recipe for a successful transaction.

Le Croco restauration

Hi new here....

Doing a complete restauration of my 1980 Le Croco Criterium Speciale, need stickers so whatever you can send my way would be great and help offset your out of Pocket costs!
Used to race in the 80's and this my favored bike to do my crit's with.

I have a few of the originals, but they are blue. I think I took all my Dad had left.. but I can ask!

Did you manage to track down some Le Croco decals? I picked one up this weekend and I'm trying to track down a source of decals.

Apologizes for bumping this old thread. But I recently got a Le Croco and was wondering if anyone had found a Decal sourse?

I'm no pro, only a hobbyist, but I think if you could identify the font or one close enough to please you, a sign maker could produce the white with black stroke lettering in vinyl. A well focused, very large photo of the gator could be cleaned up in PhotoShop and printed from bitmap on white waterslide paper. Some careful work with an exacto knife then you could overlay the gator onto the lettering. Then clearcoat. Just a thought.

I too just purchased a le croco,new decals would be nice.
