pretty d*mn hard to tell with that one pic: ask for more and better detailed pics.
If I had to guess with just that one I'd say "not real" based just on the shape of the stay caps...but I'd want to see more before guessing.

Via text, the bb shell has no particular markings, and the components (not that they couldn't have been swapped) are shimano. I'll have more photos soon.

Hi there, back with some photos. I don't know much about Pinarellos but if it is one, it's pretty low-end. Looks more like a rebranded Japanese Bianchi. There is apparently a serial number stamped on the seat stay. Any thoughts?

is the BB shell Italian threaded ? I doubt a Japanese Builder would bother with that .

was it repainted ? or are you just worried you paid too much ?

people stick shimano components on Italian frames all the time,

in fact shimano makes Italian threaded BB's to enable the sales of their components ,

to make that possible ..

Hi fietsbob, thanks for the reply. I don't have the bike, these photos are from the seller am trying to figure out it's authenticity. I do know it has Shimano bits...

Thanks for the responses. I agree it's a half-decent bicycle; equipped with Shimano 600. Love the paint job though, and couldn't find anything like it though my searches.
