The forum has been presented worse, but no value as a classic or vintage bike. Probably has value as a bike, it appears to have been sitting, which can mean it will need attention to be serviceable, the magnitude of that effort knocks the price accordingly.
Even at that, fully serviced and functional, the value will be $80 or less. The grip shifters are the most interesting part.
No idea as to the make.
