Help me identify my Colnago Master Piu please!

Hi folks,
for a week now i am proud owner of a neo-classic bike: the Colnago Master Piu. I obtained it for a ridiculous price from a friend of a friend...He could not tell me the exact year of production or when he obtained it; maybe 1990, he merely guessed.
I am now eager to find out the correct production year. I also would like to learn more about the Campagnolo it is equipped with. (Campa record, Chorus or what is it ??)
Here are some detailed pics of the bike. Please let me know your suggestions. It is a "Master Piu" which was build for the european market Google told me.

That serial number on the rear drop will tell you the year of production, contact Colnago at info@colnago.com

Looks like 1st generation Chorus - late 80's, so 1990 is a good guess.

Welcome,

Really nice, mint example! From the condition, it seems that maybe it was an impulse buy and then the owner wasn't comfortable riding it and put it away.

I'm jealous.

That's a fine bike. Just about everything about it is spot-on. A Record/Chorus Master Piu sold last year at Steel Vintage Bikes for 1,500 Euro.

thank you vjp! Yes your guess is right; the former owner is a really nice guy but has no ambitions and no time to ride road bikes. I don't dare to tell you the price it cost me....
