Latest find
Nothing too special, just a very sad 83 Fuji Royale II that needs some tlc. It's in fair condition, a few spots of surface rust but nothing terrible. It's needs a bath and lube badly. My only issue is the angle of the fork. There's no signs if damage to the frame but the fork just looks wonky. I'm taking it to Spectrum tomorrow and have them assess the frame before I do anything to it.

Dropped the frame/fork off at Spectrum to have them straighten the fork. Jeff said piece of cake, we shall see.

IMO any free bike by the side of the road is worth grabbing. If it's not worth anything you could always just fix it up and give it to a needy kid, if it's worth something you can sell it, or if it fits, ride it.
