Lugged Roadmaster?
Vintage Road Bike
Found this on local CL. What in the world is this? I had a lugged roadmaster once, but it was 26" wheels and a cottered crank, middle of the road like you'd expect. This looks... almost decent?

Incidentally, the uncanny ability of some people to post multiple close ups of a bike without revealing any important details always astounds me.
