Colnago caught in the wild!
 

I thought I would share these pic of a bike at the KalTour here in Michigan. I guess daddy bought it new, upgraded a few things along the way and the daughter was the lucky one in the family who fit. It's a very nice looking Colnago. You're probably right thinking it may have originally belonged to dad or someone from a previous generation. It looks like a well kept 'timepiece'.

If it were mine, I'm very certain my son wouldn't inherit it - he has NO respect for his own possessions let alone my stuff, haha.

The Mom and Daughter were on the ride together and told me that the Daughter lucked out and happened to be the right size. The Mom is an enthusiast, she said if it hadn't fit her daughter it was going to be in the house hanging on a the wall.

Its a shame she did not ride the Century. I helped out at the SAG stop for it and I saw no C&V bikes there.

A piece of classic Colnago Art would be right up there with the 'Mona Lisa' or 'The Last Supper'.
