I've attempted to pass up all entry-level bikes, but apparently I cannot help myself. The nice condition of the frame, the decent derailleurs, and of course the sweet $10 price proved to be just too much for me!
Pics are as acquired, plenty dirty but all original. The brakes have some nifty centering feature, I've never seen it but it looks interesting.
Part of me is thinking mustache bars and thumbies, college kids in the fall would probably like that. Another part of me says clean it up and leave it alone.

I'd have bought it too for a 10 spot, though I have to admit I sometimes have a problem. Great bike, Miyata entry level bikes ride pretty darn nice. I currently have a 512 and a 712 and I relly need to sell one of them but I'm having a hard time deciding and keep riding both.
