Repainting a celeste Bianchi in the SF Bay Area

I have an early 90s celeste steel frame that I'd like to repaint. Can anybody recommend (1) the right finish (powder coat, wet paint, etc.) and (2) a shop in the Bay Area (preferably the East Bay) that can match the color and do a quality job?

Just make sure you get the decals correct. Nothing worse than good repaint with the wrong period decals.

What frame?

I've had work done by both Ed Litton and Rick at D&D Cycles in San Lorenzo. I don't believe you could go wrong with either. As BG says, though, make sure you get the right decals.

With the caveat that you might not get it back in your lifetime.

Be prepared to babysit. But being in the area will help quite a bit I think.
