Peugeot - Help Identify please!

Could you help me identify this frame, the seller says it's a px10, but i can't tell for sure.. Anyone able to confirm for me? Thank you very much for the help!

Unfortunately it's the only one i have, i'm considering purchasing it and building it up.. Just debating on if i want to purchase it and it is what he says it is. Thanks..

I'm not an expert on older (70's era) Peugeots, but I know that if the Reynolds tubing has the "531" numbers on a slant on the decal, which I think I can just make out in the pics doing such, it usually means a full (all frame tubes, including fork blades) 531 tubed frameset, as PX10s should have, not just the main triangle as in the mid level Peugeots of that era that can sometimes be mistaken as PX10s.. Front Chrome "socks is also a good sign, but not sure how the chrome should be on the rear triangle of the PX10s, but I'm quite sure that there should be some chrome back there.
Hope someome else that knows all about older PX10s will chime in soon enough to help you decide whether to buy it before someone else does.

Chrome stays are the giveaway.

That's the plan! I actually started to hesitate on it cause i wasn't sure if i wanted to try to track down all the parts.. Once i found out he had most pieces, i'd like to keep it all together and do some TLC!

So.. I took the bait.. Paid $180. It's a 63cm frame (I'm 6'5", sure these don't come around often hah), it has some love, but plenty of ride left in it. Everything is original that he gave me, handlebars/levers, Simplex Seatpost, Competition Mafac front and rear brakes, and stronglite cranks.
Now the debate is, i found another one, a 58cm so it's too small for me, but it's setup as a single speed (which is what i'd like to do with this for the time being) that's complete for $160. So i'm tempted to purchase it to complete this one, then resell the 58cm frame.. Thoughts??

If the 58cm frame is in good enough condition to result in a profitable enough flip, I'd say go for it!
Anyway, you've got enough money cushion built up with the bargain price you paid for the first one.....
BTW, congratulations on snagging that nice PX10!.......keep us posted on the build!
