Yes, that's "PARADISE", written and originally recorded by John Prine. It's been covered by literally dozens of artists but the film version is by Randy Travis. I grew up with the Everly Brothers version from their LP "Pass the Chicken and Listen" and it remains my favourite version. But then I'm a huge fan of Don & Phil.

NO...really. This was the greatest rock & roll band ever. No...really! :>

Still get a shiver when I hear this intro ...and the two guitars in this song.
Play it LOUD.

Well, I did a text search, so it's possible I missed something, but no Zeppelin yet? I would submit "Over The Hills And Far Away."

More vintage? Hope about Crosby or Armstrong?

Classic? Okay, even though it's probably over performed, Beethoven's Ninth. Also, Mozart, Grieg, Berlioz...

Those are old...err ancient vintage classical music composers, what about a newer vintage classical composers that is much closer to the era of vintage bikes that some of us still ride like Frederic Rzewski, Arvo Part, Steve Reigh, James Dillion, or John Adams to name just a few. Neither of those, and other modern classic composers are over performed and are more than worth the time to listen.

Solid options. In that vein, how about Duruflé or Lauridsen?

I tried to resist adding to the list by @rekmeyata but I'm afraid you've pushed me over the edge: In my 20's (the 1970s) I was devouring this stuff like candy.
Stockhausen, Xenakis, Ligeti, Berio, Varese, Partch, Takemitsu, Nancarrow, Oliveros, Piazzolla, Ives, Schoenberg, Webern, Berg, Zappa....

There is truly a broad spectrum of "modern classical" music out there that is, sadly, ignored for the most part!

SN, I'll see your Buuuump and raise you one. As it's winter and the snow train keeps crossing the country and my home town, I'm mostly working out in the Folly (detached garage/shop). When doing my dumb bell routines I've been listening to Scott Joplin. Seems to be just right pace for the reps I do. Howzat for vintage?

Whats the criteria?

music from the year you were born or old school music you still currently enjoy

1971 (July) was when i was born and consequently this is alsonthe month The Lizard King Jim Morrison perished in a Parisian hotel bathtub (or did he?). So i give a firm nod to The Doors , Roadhouse Blues followed by too many other good Doors songs to list, - Or Led Zeppelin

Currently in addition to those 2, i listen to a lot of Yacht Rock -

Don't even know where to start, born in 58, Mom played Elvis, Jimmy Dean and Tennessee Ernie Ford. First transistor radio in 2nd grade, Johnny Cash, American Bandstand, The Monkees, The Beatles, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Hermans Hermits, Zager and Evans, The Seeds, Arthur Brown, Strawberry Alarm Clock and many, many more.

Then came Classic Rock.
