Of current teams, I dig the retro bike/kit that Lotto was sporting at the TdF:

While DeRosa didn't sponsor Banesto, it's a known fact that many riders rode their favorite frame in the team colors of the sponsor's bikes.
Heck - at least it's colorful, tho' perhaps a lame attempt.

^I like those Team BIC jerseys a lot, but I also like the later Team Skill-BIC, too--a nice, easily identifiable kit, though it's hard to make out Kelly's bike in this shot:

Hard not to mention Merckx in Molteni orange, but that was before my time.

For me, honorable mentions go to Raleigh/Panasonic kit, especially on Phil Anderson:

But my vote (surprise, surprise) goes to La Vie Claire, but I'm biased:

early 80's Peugeot, during the Phil Anderson years with pearl white and black and white checker graphics. and the Shell sponsored black and white/checkered Peugeot team Jerseys.....
Gitane's blue bikes with the "bubble" font simple graphics combined with the Renault/Gitane yellow and black kit is a very close second to me. I guess If I owned Gitanes instead of Peugeots, It will be #1 .
The red white and green early 7-Eleven Descent jerseys (Pre-Hoonved) was my all time favorite. I still treasure the non-flocked version sold by Descent, I bought back in the 80's to this day.... It just looked so much better than most other pro team jerseys back then. I really sucked when jerseys went all "batik" with looney designs (even paisleys!...yecch!) in the 90's. It was so bad that i could not even get myself to buy any Jerseys then as those were the only ones in the LBS's.

+ 1. This and the Peugeot in thread no. 7 make my list. I'd probably have to add the orange molteni that Merckx rode as well. But the 7-11 team bike is my fav and its a Merckx as well!

7-11 always struck me as cool...but mostly because it was current when I started riding and I have a tough time letting go of the past.
